Kristy will be hosting workshops beginning January 2016. Each workshop will cover the foundations of good health: nutrient dense whole food diet, digestion, blood sugar, fatty acids, minerals and hydration along with another focus such as: weight loss and hormone balancing, digestion/gut healing, autoimmune, good fat bad fat, sports nutrition, pregnancy or even a topic of your choice.
Workshops will take place in the evening from 7-8 or during the lunch hour from 12-1.
