- 10 tbsp roasted chicory root
- 1/2 cup(s) roasted dandelion root
- 2 tbsp burdock dried root
- 3/4 cup(s) honeybush (Rooibos) tea
- 2 tbsp marshmallow dried root
- 2 tbsp maca powder
Healthy Herbal Coffee Directions
- Steep all ingredients together in a pot of hot water (4 to 6 cups) for 20 minutes and strain. You may use these herbs again to make multiple batches until they are “spent.”
- If too strong add more water. Add unsweetened nut milk and stevia or honey if you wish.
