- 6 whole radishes, sliced
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch(es) sea salt
Cucumber Radish Salad Directions
- Combine the cucumber, radishes, onion, parsley, and mint in a bowl. Make the dressing by whisking together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and sea salt. Coat the vegetables in the dressing and enjoy!
